ELEMENTS RETREAT
ELEMENTS RETREAT
Elements Retreat centers in rejuvenating our social leaders. We spent time supporting 15 creatives that use activism to advance social, racial and economic equity. These organizers, artists and healers spent time in a Dillon, Beach House doing yoga, enjoying workshops and relaxing deeply..
The Elements Retreats are a series of 3-7 day getaways that center around realignment, insight and expansion. Programming ranges in topics from creative practices to physical and mental wellness. These retreats are taken place in beautiful natural environments that encourage introspection and self-work. We created these retreats to create space and time for people who lack it, and in a world that demands so much from us, we want to encourage and provide opportunities for growth and healing. These retreats are meant for and are safe spaces for poc, queer and femme participants.
The series features Interviews of the retreats participants. Curious about their wellness practices and what keeps them going as they pursue their art and activism.
